Job Description
To give you a brief understanding of us global leader in providing software and technology intelligence to the hospitality operations industry.
Our platform offers hotels a suite of software applications that boost efficiency and enhance guest service, directly impacting the bottom-line. We build SaaS products with multiple deployment options such as Cloud, Data Center & On-Property for 5-star luxury hotels and chains.
These products are fully customizable, multilingual, cloud based and are offered as both stand-alone and bundled packages. The platform is also interfaced to a number of leading PMS systems, in-room control systems, messaging gateways and fire alarm system
Our product suite includes six software applications – KNOW Service, KNOW Housekeeping, KNOW Glitch, KNOW Mobile, KNOW Inspection and KNOW Maintenance.
What are we looking for?
• Individuals excited about tackling complex tech challenges and building a new product from scratch.
• Relevant development experience of 3-5 years.
• Strong-hold of Angular 2 or higher versions and HTML5, CSS3 with experience in building responsive layouts.
• Proficiency in key concepts of Javascript and basic libraries like Jquery.
• Working knowledge of MVC Javascript framework like Backbone, Knockout, Ember, etc will be an added advantage.
What will you do?
• Develop new modules and enhance existing modules.
• Influence product development decisions from a technology point of view.
• Constantly review and improve the performance of the existing system.
• Be involved in end-to-end development life cycle including design, estimation, construction, unit- Testing, rework, and releases.
• Lead the conversion of an existing Silver light project to HTML5 using angularJS and drive standards-based development in the team for CSS, HTML5 and Javascript.
• Take beautiful pixel-perfect HTML5 designs and tie them into the backend using angular JS. You will work closely with the HTML5 designer to create a beautiful and seamless responsive application.
