1.    Workforce Solutions like Employee Background Screening, Instant Identity checks, Leadership Background Screening etc and
2.    Business Solutions like Vendor Due Diligence, KYC, Investment Risk Due Diligence on the other.

Purpose of the Role
·       Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales target through new and existing clients
Qualification
·         BE or MBA or BE+MBA
 Work Experience
·       Minimum 5-7 years of customer-facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience
·       Has worked in a company that sells products or services (preferred) to HR Departments of businesses
·       Has handled clients from Top IT/ITES, E-Commerce, technology & BFSI sector
Key Responsibilities
·      Develop and ensure the achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
·      Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in the course of strategy creation.
·      Manage sales team’s performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets
·      Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry
·      Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors’ data, their offerings and pricing strategies
·      Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
