Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performance Enterprise relationship managers to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.  They should be able to build a high-performance result to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for maximizing revenue in the determined market segments
·         Ensure aggressive targets are achieved and maintained
·         Set the strategic direction and proactively lead the sales efforts to acquire new Sme&Mid size clients along with their complete traveling portfolio (MICE and individual packages)
·         Prospects and filter leads to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
·         Track key competition accounts and activities
·         Develop collaborative relationships across teams within and outside the market
·         Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required

·          

Knowledge and Experience
·         5+ of relevance travel trade experience in multinational sales organization

Communication Skills
·         Strong communication and presentation skills

·         Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results
