1. • MBA (2003 to 2006 batch) HR from a reputed institute with at least 12-16 years of experience in MNC. Looking for Fast tracker candidates.
2. • Good communication. The candidate will need to work with global business teams
3. • High analytical proficiency and has a systems mindset
4. • Exposure to Employee Relations and Labor Law
5. • Experience in Managing End to end HRBP. Designing as well as implementing the policies in given time fram
