1. Supervisor – Quality Control

Department: Production

KRA’s:

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers’ expectation

Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

Oversee all aspects of quality control including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, & developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met

Supervise the selection, workflow, training and development of staff

Assess production process issues and recommend improvements

Key skills/Abilities:

Good leadership skills/Strong team building, decision making and people management skills

Good communication skills/Must be a multitasker

Good Report making skills

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to plan work and meet deadlines

Adequate knowledge of business and management principle (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Interview Location: HO, Andheri

Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)

Tentative DOJ: Immediate to 30 days

Salary: Upto 30k IN HAND
