• Ability to manage a team of 20-25 agents

• Knowledge about Quality parameters

• Exposure to Outbound call metrics like AHT, Abandonment Ratio etc

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Exposure to Shrinkage & Attrition management

• Conducting team briefing and managing the motivation level of agents .

• Drafting and sharing Reports with management.

• Conducting Interviews.

• Documentation of Process & SOPs.
