- On boarding Clients from the sales team, educating them about daily operations.
- Creating Audit report and plan of action for the launch or monthly and quarterly progress.
- Understanding Seller Business, Products, and their use case.
- Creating listings/catalog, following the marketplace guidelines and standards.
- Creating Database of keywords, sales, tax and traffic reports for individual marketplaces and clients
- Creating advertisement strategies, optimizing spend to revenue ratio under company standards.
- Planning Promotional Activity depending on the market and client demand. Also, Strategy to Implement.
- Track and monitor the performance and sales of the clients.
- Interacting with clients to ensure product availability and pricing with regular inventory updates.
- Generating reports of performance, tax, and plan of action along with targets and implementation.
- Assigning tasks to executives and tracking the progress of the task.
- Creating deadlines for tasks, driving the executive team to meet them.
- Doing listings as and when required for the clients.
- Managing client database.
- Handling a dedicated customer base.
- Manage bulk listings along with content creation
- Updating Product Data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount
- Inventory Management – And coordinating the same with the Clients
- Reports generation, Secondary sales analysis and replenishment
- Experience with using MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Understanding of campaigns and sponsored advertisements on Amazon
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Clients needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external Clients
- Develop new business with existing Clients and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
